EcologyFund does not share ANY personal information on members, their activity on EcologyFund or their shopping activities except as authorized by you. We do, however, accumulate information in the aggregate (information that is not personally identifiable but instead is gathered about the group) to attract retailers and sponsors who seek to support EcologyFund projects. This data also helps us tailor our site to your interests and needs.

EcologyFund will send you periodic emails to keep you informed about our projects, special events and online shopping specials and discounts. If you wish to opt out and not receive this email, just return the first email you receive from us and write "Remove" in the subject line of your email back to us.

Membership Disclaimer: Please note that EcologyFund provides links between sponsors, merchant vendors, nonprofit organizations, and you, our member. When you use the EcologyFund site to shop and support EcologyFund projects, you engage with these other sites. EcologyFund claims no responsibility for the goods or services bought from any vendor, including the use of personal information by a vendor, the quality of a product, a vendor's customer service, handling of an order, billing, delivery, etc. We are always interested in feedback, however, on your experience at our site with sponsors, nonprofits and retailers. In order for your selected project to receive a donation as a result of your online shopping, you MUST begin your shopping through the EcologyFund website. If you want us to track your land donations you must use your EcologyFund email address (assigned when you register at EcologyFund) when you check out with your purchases. You MUST enter each retailer's site through the links/buttons that are provided by EcologyFund each and every time you shop. Otherwise your purchase will not be qualified for an affiliate payment and your chosen project will not get any contribution.

Each retailer provides its own schedule of payments (commonly called affiliate commissions), which is subject to change without notice. EcologyFund will always provide an up to date list of our affiliate merchants and their commission structures translated into land preserved (e.g., how much land is bought with each dollar you spend). If you would like us to confirm that your purchase has received proper credit and is entitled to an affiliate payment, please forward your email receipt to receipts@EcologyFund.com.

EcologyFund will distribute contributions to your selected project on a monthly basis. Your EcologyFund homepage will provide you with detailed information on the amount of land you have preserved.

Any fraudulent use of the EcologyFund website destroys the integrity of the site and undermines our ability to support our land donation projects. EcologyFund reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member or organization whose actions are determined to be a fraudulent use of the site, or an attempt to undermine the goals of EcologyFund. EcologyFund reserves the right to take whatever action necessary to rectify the situation caused by fraudulent use of the site including but not limited to disqualifying donations. EcologyFund shall determine what qualifies as fraudulent use of the site at its sole discretion.

EcologyFund reserves the right to use its own discretion in providing membership, sponsor space and advertisements, and affiliations with merchants and nonprofit organizations. Individual memberships, nonprofit affiliations, and vendor affiliations may be refused or terminated at any time by EcologyFund at its sole discretion
